1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Mr. Dry Clean LA provides professional dry cleaning, laundry, and related services. Our services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must check all garments for items left in pockets before drop-off. We are not responsible for items left inside clothing, including but not limited to money, jewelry, or personal belongings.
- Customers are responsible for informing us of any special care instructions or known damage to garments before service.
- We are not liable for normal wear and tear, slight shrinkage, fading, or other common effects of the cleaning process.
4. Lost or Damaged Items
- While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged due to pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or non-disclosed special care requirements.
- Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 48 hours of order pickup or delivery. Compensation, if applicable, is based on the item’s age, condition, and fair market value, not the original purchase price.
5. Pickup & Delivery
- Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery information. Any issues caused by incorrect details are the responsibility of the customer.
- If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, an additional delivery fee may apply for rescheduling.
6. Payment & Pricing
- Payment is due upon order completion unless an alternative arrangement is made.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Unpaid invoices may result in service refusal or additional collection fees.
7. Refunds & Re-Cleaning Policy
- If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, we will re-clean the item at no additional charge if notified within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.
- No refunds will be issued, as cleaning services are non-reversible.
8. Liability Limitations
- Mr. Dry Clean LA is not liable for damage caused by customer misuse, failure to follow care label instructions, or pre-existing conditions of garments.
- Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed ten times the cost of cleaning the item in question.
9. Privacy Policy
By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, particularly in cases of policy violations, non-payment, or abusive behavior.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.
